At SDG3 Cosmetics.Co, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with every purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with professional cosmetic products, please review our return guidelines below:
1. Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Product Condition
Products such as Titanium Builder Gel, Titanium Rubber Base, and Kolor Polish Gel can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and with the safety seal intact.
Manicure tools (e.g., cuticle scissors) must be in their original packaging and show no signs of use.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged product or an item you did not order, please contact us immediately at sdg3nailsgel@yahoo.com with a photo of the product. We will cover all replacement costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be automatically processed back to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days.
